User Agreement
When you become an EmailFactory account owner, you agree to abide by the following rules and EmailFactory policies:
All EmailFactory account set-up fees are 100% non-refundable. Please note that overage charges will apply when maximum sent and stored limits are exceeded.
EmailFactory will occasionally add features by request. Please note that a user who requests a new feature is responsible for full payment of the cost associated with creation and implementation of the new feature. The user may request a cost estimate, but is under no obligaton to have the feature constructed. If the feature is completed, payment in full is expected.
Internet Etiquette and Propriety:
- Do not send spam to list members. Spam is classified as any message containing material that is not directly related to the topic of the mailing list. This includes but is not completely limited to all chain letters and messages in which the recipient is asked to send mail to others. Use discretion to determine if a mailing is spam.
- Keep your mail lists entirely opt-in. Do not subscribe new members to your mail list unless they have specifically requested to be added.
- Do not send messages containing bad or potentially offensive language.
- Carefully proofread list mailings, checking for correct spelling, punctuation, and message clarity.
- Do not make your messages longer than they need to be. Make your pitch, and then provide contact information, but do not create an extremely lengthy message or subscribers may not read it.
- When using information that is not your own, give proper credit to the source.
We at EmailFactory.com cannot unconditionally guarantee the safety or privacy of the entire internet. In addition, we cannot guarantee that all list members will read all list mailings. Although direct email has been proven a highly effective means of marketing, we cannot guarantee a specified success rate for each individual user.
EmailFactory is not responsible for email not delivered due to blocking, ISP issues, filters, or technical difficulties beyond reasonable control.
Canceling Your Account: Should you choose to discontinue your EmailFactory account for any reason, please contact help@emailfactory.com immediately. Unless an account is officially cancelled via contact with the EmailFactory help desk, the owner is responsible for monthly charges that accrue beyond three (3) months, even if they no longer use the account.
